Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group PLC announces that on 3 March 2008 it granted Philip Spinks, the recently appointed Finance Director, options over 934,579 ordinary shares (in accordance with the terms of the Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan) and options over 135,135 ordinary shares (in accordance with the terms of the Company's EMI Options Plan) (together the "Options").
The Options held by Mr. Spinks following this grant are as follows:
