Holdings in the Company

The Company was informed by Deutsche Bank AG of the following changes in
shareholding that were effected on 24 December 2007. The trade date occurred
prior to Kanyon Plc completing the reverse takeover of Oxford Advanced Surfaces
Limited ("Reverse Takeover") on 31 December 2007.
On the 31 December 2007 upon the completion of the Reverse Takeover the Company's shares were consolidated on a one for ten basis, therefore, the current holding by Deutsche Bank AG will be that of 10,000,000 ordinary shares. Also, a further 89,539,907 shares were issued in relation to the Reverse Takeover, therefore, the holding by Deutsche Bank AG will effectively be 5.62%.
