Appointment of Finance Director

The board of Oxford Advanced Surfaces plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Graham Spinks, aged 36, as Finance Director to the Company. Michael Bretherton has today resigned from this position but remains on the board in the role of a non-executive director.

Prior to joining OAS, Philip Graham Spinks worked in senior financial positions within the BOC Group plc, a global industrial gas and engineering business. Also, he is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasures.
