The Company also announces that it has received notification from Barnard Nominees Limited that, as of 27 May 2010, it has a direct interest in 9,193,220 ordinary shares, which based on the issued share capital at today's date of 195,740,641 ordinary shares of 1p each, represents 4.7% of the voting rights in the Company.
