OAS is pleased to have been named as a finalist in the ‘best research and development project’ category at the Cotswold Life Engineering, Manufacturing and Innovation Awards.
The EMI Awards celebrate the innovation and expertise that Cotswold engineering and manufacturing companies contribute to the UK economy and OAS has been shortlisted for the success of its Onto™ adhesion promoter technology that is used to prepare advanced materials for bonding with common engineering adhesives.
The EMI judges will choose their winner in the coming weeks and their decision will be based on evidence of a successful research and development project related to a company’s growth strategy. The winner will be revealed on 22 September at an awards ceremony that will take place at Cheltenham Racecourse.
Oxford Advanced Surfaces CEO, Philip Spinks, said: “Being confirmed as an EMI Awards finalist is yet another endorsement of our Onto™ technology and the difference it is making across various industrial sectors.
“We’re up against two other very impressive finalists in Poeton Industries and Snow Business International but we’re keeping our fingers crossed for a positive result in September. May the best team win!”
